The short version. You can play Blast Arena as a guest without giving us your name or email. If you create an account we store your email and username. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and measures basic usage through Google Analytics for Firebase. It does not ask to track you across other companies' apps. We do not sell your personal data. This website uses no cookies and no analytics.

1. Who we are

Rakuen Interactive ("we", "us") develops and publishes the mobile game Blast Arena (the "Game") and operates this website. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

The Game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for a short time to keep the site secure.

3. How we use it

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Advertising and consent

Ads in the Game are served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google processes data such as your IP address, device information and how you interact with ads. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Game, and only as far as they need it:

Other players can see your username, your train and your match results when you play online. Please do not put personal information in your username.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of players, or to a successor if our business is reorganised or sold. In that case this policy continues to apply to your data.

Our providers may process data in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We answer within 30 days and will never treat you differently for asking.

California residents: we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

On your device you can also limit ad personalisation in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and reset or delete the Game's local data by deleting the app.

9. Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it at any time. See how to delete your account on the support page, or email [email protected] from the address on the account. Deletion is permanent: progress, inventory and unspent virtual currency cannot be restored afterwards.

10. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your country, up to 16), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections between the Game and our servers, store passwords only in hashed form and limit access to player data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant we will also tell you in the Game before they take effect.
